Apparently the two D committee members who left the Oval Office early had informed the White House ahead of time that they would have to leave about two hours into the meeting. Per CNN's White House correspondent.

Well that's polite and all, but the point is, if the substance of the testimony is so important to the committee's very important fact finding. could the meeting with these other guys maybe be rescheduled, you know considering the President and Vice President was coming in and all.
