How many members of the Bush administration does it take to change a light bulb?
Just 10:
1.. one to deny that a light bulb needs to be changed,
2.. one to attack the patriotism of anyone who says the light bulb needs to be changed,
3.. one to blame Clinton for burning out the light bulb,
4.. one to tell the nations of the world that they are either for changing the light bulb or for darkness,
5.. one to give a billion dollar no-bid contract to Halliburton for the new light bulb,
6.. one to arrange a photograph of Bush, dressed as a janitor, standing on a stepladder under the banner: LIGHTBULB CHANGE ACCOMPLISHED
7.. one administration insider to resign and write a book documenting in detail how Bush was literally in the dark,
8.. one to viciously smear #7,
9.. one surrogate to campaign on TV and at rallies on how George Bush has had a strong light-bulb-changing policy all along,
10.. and finally one to confuse Americans about the difference between screwing a light bulb and screwing the country.

No. Thanks George Herbert Walker Bush. Even a freshman poli sci student knows the incumbent first termer is not responsible for the economic climate in his first three years.
Its called a cycle. I know thats hard for Republicans to grasp these days, since the only "cycle" they know is the "15 seconds of attention" the public pays to any charge of malfeasance and lying on their part after they change the subject and denigrate the accuser as an America Hater.

You forgot:
11. Order the light bulb from Zionists in Israel
12. Check on progress from 6 month vacation on Ranch
13. Call it a "Light-Bub"
14. Keep draft dodging drunk daughters away from jewish light-bub.

speaking of Clinton, its interesting how the liberal dolts in MSM love Cindy Sheehan and her hateful treason against the Commander in Chief and yet, generally failed to report on Clinton's Cindy Sheehans [the below are facts that never really made it into the press coverage, book or movie about the black hawk helicopter downing in Mogadishu :
The author also noted that James Smith, a former Ranger captain and father of Cpl. Jamie Smith who bled to death after he was shot in the leg during the battle, because he could not be evacuated returned a letter of condolence from President Clinton. In rejecting it, he sent a letter of his own, blaming Clinton for the Mogadishu debacle. [INDEED, CLINTON HAS BLOOD ON HIS HANDS FROM THAT ONE]
Also not in the movie was an after-action incident between Clinton and the parents of two Delta Force soldiers MSgt. Gary Gordon, 33, and SFC Randy Shughart, 35 who were killed in action but posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for their actions.
McKenny said that family members were invited to the White House to receive the medals. Clinton reportedly invited the parents of Gordon and Shughart into the Oval Office for a private meeting.
When he did, "[CLINTON] stuck his hand out to shake the hands of the parents, but Randy Shughart's father refused to take Clinton's hand."
Then, McKenny said, "he looked Clinton in the face, told him he was responsible for his son's death, that it was for no purpose and that he wasn't fit to be president or commander in chief." [RIGHT ON!]
Smith, who had his left leg amputated after being wounded in Vietnam in the mid-60s, later said Clinton also didn't take responsibility for the decisions that left the Rangers without heavy armored support.
One other incident that didn't make the movie or the American press, McKenny said happened after the wounded soldiers were brought back to Walter Reed Army Hospital outside Washington.
"Clinton was advised to go see them, but he didn't want to," McKenny said. "Somewhat reluctantly, he finally did go. When he got there, [CLINTON] offered to have his picture taken with each one of them. At least four turned him down, saying they wouldn't dishonor their dead friends or their uniform by having their pictures taken with him."

Agreed, which is why the recession in Bush's first term was really Clinton's Recession. Thanks for confirming that.

Nice way to dodge my entire post.
If I smack you on the one solid point I care about, and you can't rebut, why should I bother addressing all the other stuff? I'll concede the rest even....

Wow. Damning stuff. But come, let me whisper in your ear: Clinton isn't the President anymore.

That would be great solace to the parents of the kids who died in Mogadishu or any of the survivors of the 3000 who died on September 11.
Why don't you send them all a blast email memo to set their minds at ease.

You could take a tip from Slave on glib references to 9/11. If you were in any way concerned with how you're perceived, that is.
