First, I suppose, they would be taken over by the state. But I hear that some people are not too pleased with the competence found in some of our state governments. So we should take the next step and Federalize them. Then, when we discover rampant corruption at the Federal level, all the pieces will be in place for the final phase of Burger's evil master plan -- one world government run from the basement of the United Nations Building in New York.
