I believe Sweden actually has the second-largest Muslim population in Europe (after France). I've seen estimates from 2003 of 3.x% and up to 4.5% more recently. Malmo, Sweden is about 40% foreign-born, a large proportion of which is Muslim. The Muslim population is growing rapidly there.
eta: Malmo is apparently 25% Muslim and also (though I don't know how it breaks down across origins) at 65% employment, with immigrants being at about 90% unemployment. As in France, there are ghettoization issues.
