Since Texans are so into hunting and the second Amendment. Instead of killing animals, why just don't you guys open up hunting season on people driving slow in the passing lane. If you are in the passing lane and are not passing someone, or are driving slower than someone within a 100 hundred yards you are fair game.
It it worked in Texas we could expand the program to other states. Kind of like Charter Schools.
