What's different is that the right has it made it clear what the calculus is to get the votes in 06 and 08. And the 55 Rs plus Red State's vulnerable Ds up in 06 have had their wake up call. Plus once the inexperienced jurist is dinged on that basis, it will be harder to sell dinging the experienced jurist. Maybe it really is a strateregic plan by Bush..........hmmmmmm.......
