Am i the only one who finds it ironic that Elian was kidnapped and sentenced to a living death under the yoke of communism on the weekend in the 2000th year of our lord that was the anniversary of the murder of our lord's only son and our saviour, Jesus!?!?!

And now, 5 years later, on our holiest of weeks, florida again provides the backdrop for the evil liberals to celebrate the culture of death they trumpet. this is beyond coincidence and perhaps a sign of the apocalypse.

Hopefully when Jeb sends in the Florida national guard to liberate Terri their training will prove up to the task. In the meantime I will light two candles at tomorrow's Holy Tuesday ceremony and pray that this is not Terri's last week amongst us (much as Holy Week of 2000 was Elian's last week amongst the free) and think of the gospels of Jesus and his trials during the end of his life on earth.

Right on Chad! Certainly if the AG can kidnap an innocent child in Florida and sentence him to death in Red Cuba, Governor Jeb can find a way to use his troops to rescue a lady from murder! I pray the Bush family perserveres in this battle.

Jesus was executed by the Romans somewhere around 30 AD. I think you are referring to his birth, which was probably around 3 BC. The 2000th annivesary of Jesus's death will be around 2030. BTW: Jesus was not born in December, he was born sometime in the spring, but the Roman Empire under Constantine put the holiday near the pagan holiday of the Solcitice so it would be a holiday the pagans were used to. Jesus was not executed in the Spring, again the holidy was put near the Spring equinox so the Pagans would also celebrate during the same holiday. I find it interesting that someone who seems to place a lot of value on the life and death of Jesus would know so little about these events.

Well said brother, it is joyful to see a fellow believer posting the word here. For clarifying purposes, the reference to the 2000th year of our lord, was synonymous with 2000 A.D., the year in which the young Elian was kidnapped by the jackbooted Reno. The reference to anniversary of death meant easter weekend, as my bible studies place Jesus' death in April, 30 AD, based on the timing of Pesach that year and references to the last supper as a seder. I just pray that Terri can last long enough for Jeb to get the troops to her given that another liberal puke (a Clinton appointee) has hoisted the flag of the culture of death over her bed.
